About The Training

LIVE Dates: 11-26 May 2024 (weekends only) + 90 days recording access

Important Information:

  • This training will be predominantly carried out live via Zoom over three consecutive weekends (Sat and Sun).

  • Attendance to the live sessions is recommended and highly encouraged, but not mandatory. The training is designed to be flexible, so you are invited to attend when possible and catch up, when necessary.

  • Live sessions will include all theoretical lectures, learning 200+ myofascial release techniques, yin yoga posture clinics and interactive functional anatomy labs. Having the chance to attend live via Zoom, provides us the opportunity to interact in real-time, engage in hot topic discussions and create as much of a collaborative, engaging and immersive feel as possible.

  • Pre-recorded MyoYin classes will be sent out prior to the course commencement and be available on demand for 6 months, allowing you to practice at your convenience over the course duration. The classes will provide a selection of creative sequences covering an array of themes and blended modalities.

  • All registrants will have 90 days access to the recordings after each session, except for the group activity (which cannot be recorded). This means that those in different time zones who are unable to attend live, can still enjoy the full training via recording.

  • Self-study and homework will be included. Homework will be a mix of reading assignments and a sequencing exercise.

  • Upon completion of the training, certificates will be emailed to those who met the requirements of the course. These hours can be added towards your Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.

  • This training is open to yoga teachers, as well as serious practitioners wishing to deepen their own knowledge and practice.
